Family Counseling Service seeks to respect and protect the privacy of our visitors and only

application. Family Counseling Service does not share donor lists or donor information with any

the agency. Family Counseling Service complies with the Health Insurance Portability and

4. Opt-Out
Visitors may opt out of having their personal information used by Family Counseling Service to
send promotional correspondences or information to the visitor, by contacting Family Counseling
