Family Counseling Service seeks to respect and protect the privacy of our visitors and only gathers personally identifiable data, such as names, addresses, zip/postal codes, e-mail
addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted by a visitor. For example, personally identifiable information may be collected in order to complete a donation transaction or a volunteer
application. Family Counseling Service does not share donor lists or donor information with any other organizations. It is the policy of Family Counseling Service to respect and attempt to safeguard the rights of clients to confidential treatment of information exchanged and to privacy in their relationship with the agency. Family Counseling Service complies with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) requirements. 4. Opt-Out
Visitors may opt out of having their personal information used by Family Counseling Service to send promotional correspondences or information to the visitor, by contacting Family Counseling Service via U.S. mail, e-mail at appointments@fcscb.org, telephone 361.852.9665.

At times, Family Counseling Service may be required by law or legal process to disclose information about you to others. Family Counseling Service may also disclose information about you if it believes that disclosure is necessary for the public interest and/or safety.
