Note: While FCS takes security and privacy seriously please be aware that if you email or fax your records to FCS the email and fax lines are not encrypted and the client assumes responsibility for the sending of such information.
In order to best serve our current clients and in response to the increasing need for mental health services, Family Counseling Service has made the following changes to our intake process for new clients:
Clients who cancel their intake appointment with less than 48 hours notice or who “no-show” for their appointment will not be allowed to reschedule
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please call the NCMHID crisis line at 888-767-4493. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 9-1-1.
